3. External AI Processing
To generate trading code and strategies, the inputs you provide (including chat messages and strategy descriptions) are processed by external AI models operated by third-party AI providers. This processing may take place on servers located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These providers may temporarily retain the submitted content to operate and secure their services. We share only the data necessary to perform code generation, and we do not send your account password or payment details to these providers. By using the generation features, you consent to this processing and transfer.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we process your data based on: (a) contractual necessity — to deliver the service you signed up for; (b) legitimate interest — to improve platform performance; (c) your consent — where explicitly requested.

5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
